Since your order is dispatched internationally, it will need to be cleared through customs. Please note that any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. This is generally not a concern for most orders shipped to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand. The delivery date provided at checkout accounts for standard clearance times.

How long would my custom order take to produce?

As your item is custom produced, it may take up to 1-3 days to fulfil your custom order
